Chocolate World and Salt Fork

We drove from NH to Hershey PA and the boys did a great job! We were even able to see the NYC skyline. I told the boys to wave to Aunt Katie and Jamison was sad because we didnt stop to visit. I told him that driving in NYC was CRAZY and when we go we will take a plane. So, Aunt KT, I hope you saw us wave! After the long drive we stopped in Hershey PA and I had to stop at Hershey World. I was hoping that the tour would be through the factory but no, it was a cheezy, corny, animatronic "ride" sort of thing that was entertaining. Meet the Hershey Cows, Greta, Harmony and Olympia. They tell the story of chocolate from the plant to the yummy goodness in the wrapper. It was early in the day, so production was not super high, they make millions of Hershey Kisses every day! The tour leads you right to a large gift shop! and the boys took off like kids in a candy store. Oh wait, they were in a candy store. Peter was impressed with the Resses display and had to show Jamison. Can you believe all of this PB! I picked out some old fashion Jolly Ranchers. "Jolly Ranchers are not sprinkles Mr. Simpson"! Sadly the boys tried them and liked them so now I have competition! Jamison loves how they make your tongue change color! After being completely sugared up...we rode in the car for another 5 hours! to Salt Fork State Park in OH. The Park was beautiful with some nice swimming beaches, but most people were well equipt with their 5th wheels and satelite dishes. Out little tent did not compare. We also did not have our own Uncle Sam wind sock, so Pat felt un-american. The boys loved swimming!
