Snow man and playdoh!

So I know I have been talking about the amount of snow....mainly because I am sick of it and so ready for spring. You know we have loads of snow when you can make a snowman this big! Yes, those are tires for the hat and a caution cone for the nose.

We did not make it...but Masseys, the landscape place did. I guess they do it almost every year.
This weekend Pat finally put my workbench together! Now I will have a place for my projects and more importantly my tools. Now I have to find them first!
Hug or wrestle? Hard to determine. I think it was a hug that later needed to be broken up.
And to break out the winter blahs...I cracked open the largest playdoh caddy you can imagine! Rolling pins, scissors, spaghetti maker and every color under the rainbow! This will entertain the boys for hours! and I will spend equal time cleaning up the playdoh from the floor.

Cleaning services

I have resorted to enlisting the boys to help clean the house. I think they are old enough to be pulling their weight! although they do use some unconventional methods. What ever works, right?!

snow snow and snow

Grandma Jill asked to see how much snow we have around the house. Jamison was a little grumpy and did not want to go outside so Peter and daddy went out to doument the insane amount of snow.

It is our civic duty to make sure the fire hydrants are clear and free of snow. Pat has taken pride in the work that he has done and feels no one else in town has done a better job

Good night everyone!, man those boys are cute!

Baking banana bread

Today we made banana bread and Peter and Jamison read off the ingredients that were needed.

The boys have been having fun making movies on the camera. very cute

Weekend at Three Bears lodge!

Although titled Three Bear Lodge, we seem the have 4 bears. This weekend we met Lily and Lucy at Three Bears Lodge in Warrens WI for our new annual winter weekend with the Hansons! The kids were excited to play in the water park, can you tell!?

And the ladies were sporting the coolest googles! They gave the boys cool turtle ones that they would not leave on long enough to get a photo!

Cheese Balls!!!!! Say Cheese!

Have you seen this person? Looks like the child of the uni-bomber
and her sister
I think the boys are exhausted...and will likely be sleeping for days.
This is what two little boys look like on the way home in the car after the crazy fun weekend! And yes more snow. Will it ever end!!! Travel was slow but we made it home. I think with the totals from this weekend's storm we are now at about 90" of snow....and it is only FEB!

THANKS LILY AND LUCY FOR THE GREAT WEEKEND!

Thing 1 and Thing 2-Just a funny!

bachelor..

So, since I did a piece on Peter...I need to highlight the wonders of Jamison...Ready Ladies!
He likes to run around with no pants (cropped as to not reveal the family jewels)

His idea of fine dining is microwave popcorn or a peanut butter sandwich

He likes lazy afternoons, as long as you like watching what "little boys like"

He digs cars...
and he has the greenest eyes and a darling smile that will win everyone's heart!

Arent genetics interesting...from the same pool of genes you get someone that looks so much like a Van Nelson but acts so much like Pat (Jamison) and someone that looks exactly like Pat and acts just like Beckie (Peter)! Amazing!

Daddy is in charge

Dad is the best lego designer around. Not only did he create the double stacked parking garage for our race cars...he is showing us how to make a jumbo one for our skidsteer. Jamison carefully takes instruction and places the quadruple block along the anterior wall
So while momma is traveling for work dad thought is would be good to take a photo of what we were having for dinner to put momma's worries aside and let he know what we are eating.
Lets zoom in for a closer look....
Yes that is pasta, bacon, yogart, milk and an ice cream bar. NO! bacon is not a vegetable. Future notes to all the dads out there...if you are going to feed your kids like this, DONT document it!

And on a final note...momma brought back the avian flu to the Cullen house. She sat next to a lady on the plane who was hacking up a storm and did not have a SARs mask with her. Lets just say the house is under quarantine until we get the nastiness far away!. We are wondering if the virus can withstand the extreme temperatures the Madison area is enduring. Knowing our luck...it will.
